Worked: On the pictures of the tree, I thought I did pretty good at making a good difference in the apertures by changing the f/stops. You can actually tell which ones are the wide and small depth of field.
What didn't work: I found that it was difficult to switch the settings on my camera, so the outside pictures are difficult to tell which ones were large and small depths of field. What I learned: How to switch my f/stops and change it to landscape and macro mode.

What worked: Changing the shutter speed and seeing a difference between pictures. What didn't work: Most of the pictures I took had bad exposure. What I learned: How to change shutter speed and which mode dial to use when using slow and fast shutter speed. It has settings that correspond to the lighting, aperture, and settings in which you are in.
Why is the mode dial important? It's important so when you are shooting, the lighting, aperture, and other components of the photo will turn out, and you'll get your best results. This is symbolic to me because, as you can probably guess, I love violin, track, and the mountains. Combining all three into one picture was cool to me so I can express myself through one piece of art.
One good thing I did this last quarter was I thought I did a pretty good job at getting my work done and in on time.
Something I would like to do better this quarter is to take better pictures, and get them done faster. |
